The location of the hotel was perfect as it was next to a supermarket and close to transport to Bordeaux. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. It had self-parking and a small kitchenette, which was convenient. it provided a pleasant stay with all the necessary amenities nearby.
The shower lift bar in the bathroom kept falling down, which was a minor inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation options that will take you to Bordeaux city center in just 40-45 minutes. The bus station is conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the hotel. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby for any last-minute shopping needs. The hotel offers a variety of quality services, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities that are clean, functional, and reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We were impressed by the comfortable beds, good shower, and reliable and fast WiFi. The hotel is also equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and communal areas was top-notch, with everything appearing new or recently refurbished. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The parking facilities were ample and free, a great advantage considering how expensive parking can be in this city. The location was convenient, with a short walk to a supermarket and easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of options at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with my stay.

Staff member provided excellent service, ensuring convenient parking for mobility issues. Ground floor apartment suited for two dogs. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Receptionist was pleasant. Self-parking available with view of car from window. Supermarkets and eateries nearby. Fresh breakfast with self-serve orange juice. Spotlessly clean and new facilities. Cooking facilities in rooms. Friendly staff. Nice teas at breakfast.
